These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fbajj ("fbajj", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://fbajj.io. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering an account or using any services offered by fbajj. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the fbajj platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. These terms apply to all players accessing fbajj from any location, including players based in Bangladesh. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on fbajj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fbajj operates strictly as an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly accept players under the age of 21.
• You must be the legal account holder of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on your fbajj account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, to the extent that accessing such a platform would constitute a criminal offence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of fbajj or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of any such person.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the fbajj platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is a material breach of this Agreement. fbajj reserves the right to permanently close all accounts associated with a player found to hold multiple accounts and to void all associated pending withdrawals and bonuses.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You must promptly notify fbajj of any changes to your registered details by contacting [email protected]. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify fbajj immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• fbajj will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fbajj supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may change at any time without prior notice; the current list of available methods is displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your fbajj account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 2 business hours to reflect. fbajj does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals are subject to KYC identity verification before processing. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times are typically 1–24 hours after KYC approval, depending on the payment method selected. fbajj reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method screenshots — before approving any withdrawal.

• fbajj does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• In the event of a disputed transaction, fbajj may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation.
• fbajj reserves the right to reverse deposits or withhold withdrawals where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fbajj may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance, which is subject to wagering requirements before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are specified for each promotion and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period stated in the promotional offer. Expired bonus balances will be automatically forfeited.
• fbajj reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including offers that are already live.
• Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Winnings derived from bonus balance used in breach of promotional terms may be voided at fbajj's sole discretion.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between players or to third-party accounts.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on fbajj are subject to the specific game rules, betting rules, and odds terms applicable to the relevant game or market at the time the bet is placed. These rules are available within each game or betting market interface.

fbajj offers sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as casino games including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and keno. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified after confirmation except in circumstances where fbajj determines that a palpable error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical fault, game disconnection, or system error that prevents a game round from completing normally, fbajj's decision on the settlement of affected bets is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game title. These limits are displayed within each game or market.
• fbajj reserves the right to void bets settled on erroneous odds or game outcomes caused by data feed errors, software bugs, or human error, and to re-settle affected bets at the correct odds or outcome.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at fbajj's discretion, including during periods of match incidents, weather interruptions, or data feed disruption.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the fbajj platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and recovery of losses from account balance:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other mechanism to place bets without human interaction.
• Matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Any attempt to access, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or exploit the fbajj platform software, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or opening an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using the fbajj platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• Sharing or selling access to your fbajj account, whether for profit or otherwise.

fbajj employs real-time monitoring and analysis tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, fbajj may take immediate action including account suspension, investigation, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

fbajj is committed to promoting a safe, controlled, and responsible gambling environment for all players. We recognise that gambling carries financial and psychological risks, and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously.

All fbajj accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated via account settings or by contacting [email protected] at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much can be deposited into your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fbajj platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the fbajj platform without prior written authorisation.
• The fbajj brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of fbajj. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
• Game software and content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) is the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their licensing terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Amendments to These Terms

fbajj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the fbajj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
